1.7 Universal Viewer or Mirador not displaying Large image after reprocess-media

I'm having a problem getting the Universal viewer to display the large image.  The thumbnails load ok, but the loading spinner keeps going for the large image.

All of the images are JPGs(no PDFs) and I ran the utility to reprocess media last week (took 4 days), but it didn't seem to resolve the issue.

I was able to get it to work by manually deleting all media representations from an object and re-uploading them, so I'm just wondering if it is an issue with the reprocess media utility.

The other overlays work ok and the new providence bookview (mirador?) works ok in the backend.

Example: http://archives.ambppct.org/CA_1_7/jaibaba/index.php/Detail/objects/8841
media_processing.conf has not been modified

Many thanks!

  • Browser debug shows the following:

    image
  • More info:  I just confirmed that both Mirador and the Universal View are displaying the overlay correctly in Providence, so it appears to only be an issue in Pawtucket.  Any reason why they would be different?
  • Hi, I am experiencing the same problem - have you managed to resolve it yet?
  • No, I'm still having the same issue.  Both of the new viewers work ok in Providence, but not in Pawtucket.
