can you continue installation where it left off?

I'm trying to install on a system that limits the number of mySQL operations per hour. This appears to bomb out the installer @ Installing list storage_location_types.

I believe it will not be a problem once the system in installed.

Is there a way to continue the installer from where it left off (after waiting for the limit to expire)?

Or, if this is not possible, can I install it on a local system and then just copy the MySQL tables directly over to the limited system, or are there system specific info in the tables that will break?
Thanks

You can't have the installer pick up and continue a partial install. The way to go is to install on a local machine, then dump the database using mysqldump and load the dump onto your hosted system.

The only thing that should have to change when you do the move are the paths and database passwords in setup.php.
