existingRecordPolicy and non-preferred labels

I am importing entities in CA, and emerged me a doubt about the functioning of existingRecordPolicy "merge_on_idno_with_replace".

As I am testing the import with a smaller subset of data, the same data is being entered by me over and over again. I noticed that, as expected, the records are updated: "preferred labels", relationship with places to indicate birthplace, access, status, biography, all these are replaced by new values on the data sheet.

However, only in the "nonpreferred labels", the data have not been updated or overwritten, but at every import, new "nonpreferred labels" were created, even the repeated ones.

What imagined that would happen would be that all data "nonpreferred labels" would be replaced by new spreadsheet data as I redo the import. My understanding is correct? Is there any way to achieve what I want?

Attached is my mapping file and a source example.
