Images appear much lighter than they are suppose to be

Hi all,

Need some pointers here. We've set up pawtucket and it's up and running great, except for our images all appear much much lighter than they are suppose to be. This isn't a matter of editing it properly in photoshop, because we did that. All the images were scanned, edited to the appropriate colours. When they were entered into media representation within Collective Access, they look completely fine. But once we go into pawtucket and find the same image, it looks significantly lighter.

We are currently using the default theme.

Does anyone know if this is something we can adjust?

thanks in advance

  • What plugin are you using to process the images? ImageMagick, GraphicsMagick, Imagick, Gmagick, or GD?
  • Hi Seth, thanks for your reply. We used GraphicsMagick. Do you think that is a contributing factor?
