Importer not working after update (SOLVED)

edited August 2017 in Troubleshooting
I have just updated my providence install to 1.7.4 schema 147 and now when I drag a mapping into the block on the data importer page I get "Progress 40Kb 100%" but the mapping does not import. Any suggestions as how to fix would be appreciated thanks. Error log shown below

  • Make sure the PHP "Zip" extension is installed. PHPExcel, the library CA relies upon to read Excel files, requires it for some files.

  • Hi Seth,
Thanks for the feedback. Problem seems to be one of the vagaries of Ubuntu. I had PHP "zip" installed but updated to the latest ubuntu kernel a couple of days ago and for some reason PHP 'zip' was deleted. Re-installed and now the importer is working ok.
