Adding elements to a "detail" page ?????

I'm posting here because I can not reply to the original post.


The instruction pointed out by you, for me was confused .... I am not succeeding.
I ask you not have a "FOR DUMMIES" way of doing this?

    The simplest answer is that in the detail page ca_objects_default_html.php (which you have copied from the default theme to the Details folder in your custom theme), you use the display template syntax to display a metadata element within three brackets.  So a metadata element called "date" on your object table might look like 

    {{{^ca_objects.date}}}

    Of course there is plenty of additional notation available for repeating fields, complex bundles, displaying static text along with your metadata, etc.  All of that is detailed in the wiki page I sent you.
