Fail to add Type Restriction

Hi everyone,
When I try to add Type Restriction to a metadata element and I click Save, it doesnt add the type restriction.
Can you help me?
Application version1.7.5

  • Is it for all restrictions, or just loans?
  • Hi. Thank you for reply.

We attempted others restrictions and the result were the same.
  • Those others are there from the initial install? What profile did you use to install?
  • Yes, they are. The only thing we changed were the second field on "occurrences", we switched it to "-", and it worked well.

But, when we try to add new restrictions, it won't work.
    Spectrum profile.

Hello, not sure whether I should comment this old issue, but don't wanna add another one.
I have the same problem. After saving the type restriction of newly created metadata element, the restriction settings don't change in the UI. Nevertheless, the restriction is set in the database and it does work properly (more at attached pics).

The UI (metadata element editor) - restriction IS NOT visible:

The UI (metadata element list) - restriction IS visible:

The database - restriction IS set:

Thank you for looking into that.

  • Hi Aneta. What version are you currently running and what profile are you using?

Hi Julia, we are running the 1.7.5 version. How do I check what installation profile we use (I think it's the default one, but I am not sure)?
    Thank you,

  • Hi Aneta is it possible to update? This issue was resolved since the version you are running.
