Help for first installation

I'm trying to install CA for the first time using Mamp. With the web server switched on, I created my database and put all the Providence files inside htdocs directory. But when I try to start the web installation, it does not start. It appears only the CA installer logo, but it does not ask me any kind of login and password to continue the installation. Obviously, I can't click the logo or doing anything
