Adding advance search box to a home page

Hi,

I like to add an advance search box to my home page in the public interface of Pawtucket. I'm using Pawtucket2 and providence 1.7.5.

I copied the code from ca_objects_advanced_search_objects_html.php and into my front_page_html.php, but the search boxes don't appear (see image). I would like it to appear more like the form I currently have on my advance search page. Is there a setting I need to change, have I missed some code, or can I not add an advance search to my front page?

Thanks.

  • The code that renders the advanced search form template is not loaded
when the home page is loaded.  That is why the form is not displaying
properly.  One simple solution would be to load the advanced search form
via an ajax call on the home page.
