Annotations (Start and End times) not working in Pawtucket2

In Providence (1.7.6) I can create "Annotations" with Start and End times, and a Title, for an mp3 file. When I save them, they appear as "Clips". When I click on a "Clip" the player jumps to the Start time and plays to the End time.

When I view the same mp3 in Pawtucket2, It displays the "FEATURED CLIPS" with the Titles, but times are listed as "(0.0s)" and when I click on them they all just start the player at the very beginning and then play all the way through.

Any ideas?
