Providence Installation Web Installer only Logo appears, login fields missing

Trying to install Providence 1.7.8 on Centos 7. All the prequisites and installed and server configured but am struck at the web installer. Only the logo is visible but no option to login with email ID and start the installation. Database is set and setup.php is configured. Tried with mysql 5.6, 7.0, 7.2, 7.3 etc. but same result. In the apache error log the following enteries appear,

    Fixed. The issue was caused by the unsupported versions of MySQL. Downgraded to 5.6 and everything working fine now. Created two Virtual Machines (VMs), one on Centos7 and another one on Debian9 and have uploaded them to sourceforge. Downloads are available at All authentication details are provided.
