Installer Hangs

Hello! I have been working to install CollectiveAccess. While I am able to get to the installation screen, whenever I click “begin installation,” it begins to load the page, but then gets stuck. I have tried waiting even a couple of hours, but it still won’t ever load the next page. If I eventually refresh the page, it moves on to an installer screen, but the installation bar does not progress. It seems to install some parts of the software, but not everything. If I go to the login page after the attempted install, it shows the login screen, but I had never gotten to any part where it would give me the password or let me create a password/user account.

OS: macOS Mojave/Windows 10
Browser: Safari/Brave
