Empty homepage on install

edited November 2 in Installation

We installed Providence 1.7.5 on Ubuntu 18 LTS and (we thought) setup the New Museum's preconfigured profile. However upon login, the homepage is empty; there's no menu items or search bar at the top; only the CA logo and an empty (but still customizable) dash. Did we miss a step during install?
