Occurrences (events) dates and localization (coverage)

Hi everybody,

I'm using Providence 1.7.5 and Pawtucket2 1.7.5.

I'm trying to manage events (like exhibitions, inaugurations, contract signatures, jam sessions...) but in the default user interface, I don't find metadata such as date (or coverageDates), nor georeference map...

My questions are:
1. Why these metadata are not included by default in occurrence UI?
2. Are they existing somewhere but just not included in UI by default? (so it would be easy to add them by editing UI)
3. Or did we need to create these metadata for occurrence, via Administration menu, and then add them to UI?

My goal is to be able to browse occurrence by timeline or by using the map... (And of course, link these occurrence with peoples, locations, objets... that already exist in my database.)
