Reprocess media unexpected behaviour

Hi all!

I am running 'reprocess-media' from the command line and I get two different behaviours.

First I run it with params "--id 2" , it only reprocess the provided id (id=2). Same if I run it with --start_id 2 --end_id 2. See the output here:

    vagrant@ubuntu-xenial:/vagrant$ php7.2 support/bin/caUtils reprocess-media  --id 2
    CollectiveAccess 1.7.9 (162/GIT) Utilities
    (c) 2013-2019 Whirl-i-Gig

    Re-processing 0001 L'Aliança [1900].jpg (2)                             100.0% 1/1 ETC: < 1 sec. Elapsed: < 1 sec [===============================]]

    vagrant@ubuntu-xenial:/vagrant$ php7.2 support/bin/caUtils reprocess-media  --start_id 2 --end_id 2

    CollectiveAccess 1.7.9 (162/GIT) Utilities
    (c) 2013-2019 Whirl-i-Gig

    Re-processing 0001 L'Aliança [1900].jpg (2)                             100.0% 1/1 ETC: < 1 sec. Elapsed: < 1 sec [===============================]]

But if I run it with the following params "--ids 2,2", it updates also additional images, like icons for lists and screens. See output here:

vagrant@ubuntu-xenial:/vagrant$ php7.2 support/bin/caUtils reprocess-media  --ids 2,2

Re-processing icons                                                            0.0% 0/0 ETC: ???. Elapsed: < 1 sec [>                              ]

What is the right behaviour? The one for "id" or the one for "ids"? I mean I can prepare a patch, in case it is a bug, but I am not sure about what the right behaviour is.

Thank you in advance.
