Import error

Hi,

i have correctly imported the mapping file to the system, but when i try to run it with a file with some data the progress bar doesnt move and theres no message, it just sits there and the data doesnt get imported.

Any suggestion?

  • Make sure you have the PHP ZIP extension installed... that's the first guess. If it's installed then try to see if there are errors in the logs.
