Created metadataElement, Date of marriage

Created userInterface, Marriage,
restricted to entity x entity, individual

Added to Marriage a screen, marriage,

Added Date of Marriage to screen, marriage.

Created entity, individual, George B. Foote, Jr.

Added relationship, to spouce, Lisa Foote

Clicked on paperclip to add marriage info (Date of Marriage)

Result is the following error (relevant configuration is below):

How do I resolve this?

Thanks,
