Alternate Names for List items

edited July 31 in Troubleshooting

I have a List that i use for vocabulary, i added some non-preferred labels to some list items, and when i import data with the non-preferred label CA correctly assumes the preferred label.
The problem is when i search for the items with the non-preferred label. They never show.

Any advice?

  • Update, i looked at the logs, the problem is when i use matchOn['labels'] it doenst match on non-preferred labels.
    Any fix around this?

  • Nonpreferred labels should be searchable. I really can't say why they're not in your case without more to work with.

  • @seth im importing the data via mapping file. The logs say it cant match on that list(using macthOn['labels']) even though if i check non-preferred label for that list item it exists.
