Custom theme for Login page?
It seems that themes are not activated until after a user is logged in. Is it possible to have the login screen (including login.css) be from a custom theme? Currently, any custom graphics used by the login page have to be loaded into /themes/default/graphics/logos...I would rather not have to modify the default theme.
Somewhat related: Is there someplace local.css could reside besides in the default theme?
