CA in CA Forum Guidelines
This is a collaborative space to help each other and share new things that you’re doing with CollectiveAccess. Developers and other users will answer questions.
If you need help with something, please include as much of the following information as you can in every new issue posted here:
- Which museum, province/territory you are affiliated with
- Version of the software that is used, along with browser and version (if known)
- What steps you’ve taken to try to resolve the issue
- Screenshots demonstrating the issue
- The relevant sections of your installation profile or configuration including the codes and settings defined for your local elements
- If your question pertains to data import or export, please also include:
- Data sample
- Your mapping
Insufficient information may delay issue resolution.
Private information collected for registration will not be sold, traded or otherwise transferred to outside parties.
