How's the speed?
I'm thinking about using this software. The demo seems a little slow though. Is that just the demo? I'm thinking about using this simply to store Word/PDF documents. This software is probably overkill for that, but I like the search features.

The demo is on a machine running a many other things, so it can get slow at times. If all you're looking to do is index Word and PDF files you're probably better off with a simpler digital asset management system, like ResourceSpace (https://www.resourcespace.com).
