Browse "View does not exist"

Hi,

I have 2 problems that seems to have the same origin:

in Browse, I can see the facets but no values in none of the facets. URL is https://virtual-collections.naturalsciences.be/providence/pawtucket/index.php/Browse/objects/facet/type_facet/getFacet/1/key//isNav/1. I get the error "View does not exist"
in detail of a specimen, when I want to get the media overlay in mirador by clicking on the picture, I get the same error for the same URL ! (https://virtual-collections.naturalsciences.be/providence/pawtucket/index.php/Detail/objects/413)

So, origin of the problem seems to be the same but what exactly?? A file missing or no access to an important file? or something in the db?

Can you help me?
