    Hi,

To do so you'd have to create a Arabic locale. The requirements are described here: https://manual.collectiveaccess.org/providence/user/dataModelling/Locales.html and https://manual.collectiveaccess.org/providence/developer/translation.html (we do need to improve these documents...)

Basically, you'll need to create an Arabic strings catalogue using the en_US locale file in app/locale/en_US/messages.po as a starting point. This can be done directly on the file using an editing application such as POEdit, or you can create an account on Transifex (see https://explore.transifex.com/collectiveaccess/collectiveaccess-providence/), an online translation platform. There's already an Arabic translation there, although it is incomplete and I am unsure of its quality.

You'll also need to create an Arabic date parser translation. These are stored in app/lib/Parsers/TimeExpressionParser. There's already an Arabic translation in app/lib/Parsers/TimeExpressionParser/ar_LB.lang, but again, I don't know how good or bad it is.

Finally, you'll need to make sure your profile includes Arabic language terms alongside the English ones, and that the suitable Arabic language locale is included in the profile and marked as available for cataloguing.
