maps_base_layer error in My Preferences

We are switching from v. 1.7.8 to v 1.7.16, and in My Settings -.> General, when saving, get the error

maps_base_layer is not a valid user preference

How can we manage this?

If you meet this, you can edit user_pref_defs.conf inside app/conf to remove the L 10 :

maps_base_layer = {}
