How to install Getty Vocab and Lib of Congress Plugins

Running CA v1.7.16.

My users want to have the Getty Vocabulary and Lib of Congress plugins installed. I am completely lost as to which files to download, where they should go, and what (if anything) needs to be done to detect/install them.

Any advice/guidance would be most appreciated. Thanks.
