Pawtucket2 Quicksearch: Partial word matching (Wildcards before word?)

This object with the title „Französisches Mauleselgeschütz aus den Argonnen. [R]“ can only be found searching for Maulesel* but not if you search for Maulesel or geschütz or *geschütz. Why is that so and how can I configure my search.conf or search_indexing.conf to enable partial word matching in both directions?

search_sql_search_do_stemming = 0 is disabled.
