How to define dc type for website

I would like to keep a website as an object record in my system, which dc type should I use?
Many thanks!

  • Hi,

In DublinCore (DC), according to here, you can have these types for an object:

    • text
    • image
    • sound
    • dataset
    • software
    • interactive
    • event
    • physical object

Based on these descriptions, a website should be close to "interactive".
But you can create a new type of "object", such as "service" or "website".
